I keep seeing several variations of images like this one. What they all have in common is that the images are either doctored, or taken out of context.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

Gesticulating to emphasise a point. Note that her fingers are splayed out, not all together like in an actual Nazi salute. I lifted this video from a Twitter post which was in fact using it to accuse AOC for giving a Nazi salute.

Taylor Swift

Taylor is merely waving at her audience at the end of a song during a 2014 performance. The alleged Nazi salute image has been altered; mirrored to make it look like she’s raised her right hand, whilst in reality she’s waving with her left. Yahoo did a fact check on this.

These images have been lifted borrowed from https://www.taylorpictures.net/. The one on the right is the one used for the above graphic, only this time the right way around.

Again, these images have been taken out of context, showing a single frame in the middle of a motion of the arm. The video clearly shows this.

Then of course there are those who insist that Elon was just sending his heart out to the audience, not giving a fascist salute. Well, some of us think there’s a major difference between one and the other.
